Cody Varano, BSN, RN is the founder and lead injector at VarAesthetics, bringing over three years of hands-on experience in aesthetic nursing. Known for his clinical expertise, artistic eye, and patient-first approach, Cody is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.

As a U.S. Army Veteran with 13 years of honorable service as an Officer, Cody’s dedication to excellence, integrity, and discipline shapes every aspect of his practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently advancing his education as a Family Nurse Practitioner, allowing him to offer even more comprehensive care in the near future.

Lizzy brings a diverse background in education, international leadership, and human resources to her role at VarAesthetics. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and began her career overseas, leading an English program in Thailand for over 300 students. 

After returning to the U.S., she transitioned into HR and payroll, gaining multi-state experience across all 50 states. She also supports the administrative operations of her father's business, further sharpening her organizational and leadership skills.

At VarAesthetics, Lizzy manages day-to-day operations and thrives in the clinic’s positive, team-focused environment. She finds the greatest joy in seeing both clients and team members grow—and loves watching clients leave feeling confident.

Autumn is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both psychology and nursing. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University. 

With over seven years of experience in ER and ICU settings, Autumn brings a strong understanding of acute care, along with a calm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach. Her clinical expertise and warm demeanor help patients feel supported and empowered on their health journeys.

At our clinic, Autumn specializes in weight loss treatments and takes pride in helping patients reach their wellness goals through personalized care plans. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and all things Harry Potter. She and her husband are proud parents of two beautiful children, who continue to inspire her every day.

JoLynn is a highly experienced nurse with over 17 years in emergency medicine, critical care, and healthcare leadership. A 2007 graduate of Sewickley School of Nursing, she has worked in ERs, CVICUs, case management, and leadership roles across respected facilities like Sewickley Valley Hospital, St. Elizabeth Boardman, Ohio Valley, AGH Neuro ICU, and Sharon Regional CVICU, gaining a broad and deep clinical expertise along the way.

In 2024, she completed her aesthetic nursing certification through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training (AMET) and holds certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and cosmetic injectables, further enhancing her ability to provide safe, effective, and personalized patient care.

Outside of nursing, JoLynn is a talented freelance makeup artist with a passion for special effects, painting, drawing, and staying grounded in her faith. She is also a devoted wife to her husband, Cebran, and a proud mother of two beautiful children who inspire her every day to lead with love, purpose, and gratitude.

Emily is a skilled, Licensed esthetician and certified Permanent Makeup Artist with over a decade of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. She launched her career after graduating from North Hills Beauty Academy in 2015 and further expanded her expertise into permanent makeup in 2019, completing specialized training and certification at Luxe Inc Academy.

Passionate about enhancing natural beauty, Emily is dedicated to helping her clients feel confident in their own skin. She is known for her personalized approach, taking the time to understand each client’s unique skin type and aesthetic goals. Education is central to her practice—Emily enjoys sharing skincare knowledge and ensuring her clients feel informed and empowered throughout their treatments.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Emily loves soaking up sunshine and spending time outdoors, activities that inspire her creativity and balance.
